Daniel Deo Rio started painting at 16 in Maui, working for his father. What his father taught him has not changed in 25 years: flawless prep work and honest service are the foundation of every great job.

Real jobs, start to finish
Every photo below is Daniel's own work. Same room, same angle, before and after.
Kitchen cabinet repaint. Cherry stain to sage green, with the island brought down to a deep navy. Doors were pulled, degreased, sanded, primed and sprayed off site, then rehung on the original boxes.
Commercial exterior repaint. A full station repaint from barn red to charcoal, white and navy. Stucco, siding, soffit, fascia, bollards and overhead door frames, all masked and coated on a working schedule.
Master bath refinish. Honey oak to white on the vanity and linen tower, walls brought from dark green to a soft sage. The existing tile and travertine stayed exactly where it was.
Restaurant dining room. Tan to a cool light grey across textured plaster walls and a sculpted fireplace, cut clean against stained timber beams and trim that were left untouched.

Do you paint outside of Naples?

How long does exterior house painting take in Southwest Florida?
Most single family exteriors run three to six working days. Prep is the variable, not the painting. Stucco that needs patching and caulking, or siding with failing paint that has to come off first, adds days. Afternoon storms in summer can push a schedule, so we watch the forecast and stage the work around it.
How much does interior painting cost in Naples?
It is priced per job after a walkthrough, never over the phone from a square footage guess. What moves the number is ceiling height, the condition of the walls, how many colors are involved, and whether trim, doors and ceilings are included. You get a written estimate that lists what is and is not covered.
Can you paint kitchen cabinets instead of replacing them?
Almost always, and it costs a fraction of new cabinetry. Doors and drawer fronts come off, get labeled, degreased, sanded, primed and sprayed. Boxes and face frames are prepped and finished in place. If the boxes are water damaged or delaminating, Daniel will tell you straight that paint is not the answer.
What paint holds up best in the Florida sun and humidity?
On exteriors, a quality 100 percent acrylic is the baseline, with elastomeric or masonry coatings where stucco is hairline cracked. Mildew resistant products belong in bathrooms, laundry rooms and anywhere on a shaded north wall. The product matters, but a good coating over bad prep still fails, which is why prep gets the hours.
